Hi, I’m Pete

Let’s start building the life you want.

Here’s the Experience I Bring to This Work

And why it matters for the work we’ll do together.

Chapter 1

The Foundation

Growing up watching my parents build a business they genuinely loved taught me something before I had language for it. That the conventional path isn’t the only path. That you can build something on your own terms, and when you do, work feels like creation rather than confinement.

That belief became the lens through which I’ve made most of my decisions. And it’s the foundation of everything I bring to this work.

Why it matters for this work: I know what it looks (and feels) like when someone is aligned with what they’re working towards. And it’s often worth pursuing, even with the hard parts.

Chapter 2

The Year that Changed Everything

A year backpacking Southeast Asia during college. I came back having seen other ways of living, met parts of myself I didn't know existed, and completely uprooted my idea of what a successful life looked like.

It was the first time I truly understood that the conventional path is just one option.

Why it matters for this work: I understand what it feels like when your whole framework for life gets questioned. And I know what’s possible on the other side of it.

Chapter 3

The Van(life)

I graduated with two business degrees and decided to steer away from the conventional path. I built a van by hand, aimed my tiny home West, and figured out how to make a living doing something I actually cared about. For over 3 years, I lived free and worked hard.

Magazine features. Brand sponsorships. A company paying me to travel the country. None of it was planned. It happened because I committed to a path most people around me wouldn’t have chosen, and I refused to turn back when it got hard.

Why it matters for this work: I’ve experienced what’s possible when walk away from the normal path and follow what feels alive. Not as a philosophy, as a lived experiment.

Chapter 4

The Hard Seasons

Van life ended. A relationship ended. I felt stuck, lost, and uncertain about what was next for my life. I was navigating the gap between who I was and who I wanted to become.

This season taught me what it takes to keep going when the path disappears. And what it feels like to find your footing again on the other side of real uncertainty. This chapter brought immense personal growth and exploration.

Why it matters for this work: I know that the unconventional path isn’t always fun (or easy). I’ve been lost on it and found my way through. I am grateful to help others do the same.

Chapter 5

The Business Building

Out of the uncertainty I did what I've always done, I built something. A creative agency with a photographer I met on the road. Then a van conversion business with a friend, designing and building custom camper vans from the ground up. I learned everything that comes from running real businesses: client relationships, financial uncertainty, creative problem solving, knowing when to pivot.

Both businesses taught me something important: I know how to build things from nothing, navigate uncertainty without a roadmap, and keep moving when the outcome isn't guaranteed.

Why it matters for this work: The people I work with are often trying to build something. A new direction, a different version of their life, a career that actually fits.
I understand how to work through the resistance and take action.

Chapter 6

Climbing & Community

Climbing changed my life. Not just as a sport but as a practice of showing up for something hard, pushing through fear, and growing through discomfort. I built a gym in my garage. I started hosting weekly sessions with people from all walks of life. I was elected into the board of the Wisconsin Climbers Association.

What climbing taught me about trailblazing: the unconventional path isn’t just navigated internally. It’s navigated through community, through challenging endeavors, and consistently showing up for things that scare you. I’ve built my life around all three.

Why it matters for this work: I understand that this process isn’t just internal. It happens through community, through challenge, through showing up for things that scare you.

Chapter 7

This Work

I'd been having these conversations my whole life. With friends, strangers, people I'd just met. About building something different. About wanting more. About navigating the resistance that comes from choosing a path that most people don’t.

Eventually it became impossible to ignore that this was the work I was supposed to be doing. Not because it seemed like a good business, but because I’d been doing it informally for years and nothing has felt more right than helping someone find their way through a path that doesn’t have a blueprint.

Why it matters for this work: I understand the highs and lows that come from this journey. Helping others build their own path in life is what brings me fulfillment, joy, and energy.

My mission is simple:

Help people build their path and push through when the resistance shows up.
